Pass & Registration
The Pass and Registration Office provides customer service supporting military, civilian, dependent, host nation, NATO forces and retirees throughout Italy. They are responsible for registering all privately owned vehicles, annual registrations and out-processing members.
The office issues all tax free petroleum rations to SOFA and NATO members. They also issue DD Forms 1934, Geneva Convention Cards, Handicap/Maternity Passes and Restricted Area Badges at our location.
The Pass and Registration Office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is located in Building 1403 next to the 31st Fighter Wing headquarters building in Area F.
