19 Aviano Airmen graduate from NCO Academy, earn awards Published Sept. 15, 2010 31st Fighter Wing Public Affairs RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Nineteen technical sergeants from Aviano graduated from the Kisling NCO Academy at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 9. The sergeants endured 223-hour curriculum consists of three academic areas including professions of arms, communication skills and leadership.
