Aviano AB post office and emergency responders conduct suspicious package training

U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 31st Force Support Squadron are briefed on the simulated suspicious package at the post office during an exercise at Aviano Air Base, Italy, July 21, 2022. The training focused on what indicators to look for on packages and how to minimize danger during a response. Safety is the priority, both for the Airmen involved as well as the base, and this exercise helped emergency responders prepare for a real-world situation.
