31st Medical Group Mission

The 31st Medical Group supports the readiness of 31st Fighter Wing and associated units throughout the Southern Region, ensuring the health of its community by providing optimal patient-focused medical care from internal, Department of Defense and Host Nation resources. The unit employs medical resources and preventive initiatives to ensure the human weapons system remains mission ready to support the Expeditionary Air Force, U.S. and NATO objectives worldwide.

31st Medical Support Squadron

The 31st Medical Support Squadron provides resource management (financial and manpower), TRICARE (health plans management), patient administration, medical logistics, medical readiness, medical information services, personnel and administration, pharmacy services and clinical laboratory services, in support of the 31st Medical Group and the readiness of the 31st Fighter Wing and associated units. It supports 8,700 eligible beneficiaries by providing optimal patient-focused medical care.

31st Operational Medical Readiness Squadron

The 31st Aerospace Medicine Squadron was re-designated the 31st Operational Medical Readiness Squadron on September 29, 2020. The 31 OMRS serves the active-duty Airmen.

31st Health care Operations Squadron

The 31st Medical Operations Squadron was re-designated the 31st Health Care Operations Squadron on September 29, 2020. The 31 HCOS serves DoD beneficiaries and DoD civilians. Services offered include Pediatrics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Allergy and Immunizations, Mental Health, Family Advocacy, Educational and Developmental Intervention Services, Digital Radiology and Mammography, Ultrasound, Drug Demand Reduction, Alcohol Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program, and a full-service Laboratory.

31st Dental Squadron

The 31st Dental Squadron integrates community-based preventive dental services and utilizes all dental resources to enable peak mission readiness and sustained performance.

The 31st Dental Squadron consists of three flights, including Clinical Dentistry, Dental Support and Dental Laboratory. The 31st Dental Squadron provides approximately 22,000 patient visits annually to almost 8,700 beneficiaries. Services offered include Comprehensive General Dentistry, specialty care in Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics and full-service Dental Laboratory.
