Those accessing the site from a government computer can run this upgrade without administrative rights. Simply follow the on-screen instructions: 1. Go to the Control Panel, 2. At the top-right corner of the page, ensure view is set to small icons, 3. Select "Run Advertised Programs," 4. Expand the first column to view the full program title, 5. Select the new version of Internet Explorer you wish to install, and 6. Follow the instructions ... a restart will be required. First-time users should then register on the site as an individual. For help using the site, access the "How-To" videos. Once registered, individuals will find information on many volunteer opportunities.
