Levi Owen, 31st Civil Engineer Squadron NCO in charge of barrier maintenance and power production, bleeds an aircraft arresting systems’ two four-rotor brakes, similar to those used on a B-52 Stratofortress aircraft wheel, on Dec. 20, 2012 at Aviano Air Base, Italy.
