Camp offers children taste of deployed life

Airman 1st Class Ashley Cooke, 31st Force Support Squadron services journeyman, hands a simulated troop her breakfast at the the La Dolce dining facility during the deployment camp at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Nov. 18. The base hosted a 2-day mock deployment camp for a group of 9 to 15-year-old kids to give them the feel of what their military family members go through during a deployment.
