GRAF IGNATIEVO AIR FORCE BASE, Bulgaria -- Chief Master Sgt. Jeffrey Craver talks with James Warlick Jr., U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Bulgaria, after presenting him a military coin here April 27 during Thracian Star 2012. Craver, the 31st Fighter Wing command chief, and Brig. Gen. Scott Zobrist, 31st FW commander, spent time with senior Bulgarian and U.S. officials and the Airmen who make the flying mission possible while in Bulgaria. Officials in attendance got a first-hand look at how both nationsí air forces operate and work together during the month-long training exercise aimed to build partnership and interoperability between United States and Bulgaria.
