Aviano Air Base welcomes newest Honorary Squadron Commanders
Brig. Gen. Scott J. Zobrist, 31st Fighter Wing commander, welcomes the wing's new Honorary Squadron Commanders to Aviano Air Base, Italy, March 16 during a reception at La Bella Vista Club. The HSC program, which began at Aviano in 1997, aligns leaders in the local community with Aviano squadron commanders to create avenues for continuous dialogue and the exchange of ideas between community and Air Force members.
