31st Operation Group welcomes new commander

Col. Patrick J. S. Miller, former 31st Operations Group commander, passes the group guidon to Brig. Gen. Scott J. Zobrist, 31st Fighter Wing commander, during the 31st OG change of command ceremony July 7 at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Col. David W. Walker took command of the 31st OG.
