31st Contracting Squadron welcomes new commander

Lt. Col. William F. Ping III passes the 31st Contracting Squadron guidon to Col. Brian D. Pukall, 31st Mission Support Group commander, during the 31st CONS change of command ceremony June 21 at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Colonel Ping relinquished command to Lt. Col. Carlos S.
