31st FW Change of Command

Brig. Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr., former 31st Fighter Wing commander, passes the 31st FW guidon to Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, 3rd Air Force commander, after relinquishing command of the wing during the change of command ceremony April 22 at Aviano Air Base, Italy.
