31st DS Change of Command

Col. Salvatore R. Cutino relinquishes the 31st Dental Squadron flag to Col. Patrick R. Storms, 31st Medical Group commander, during the squadron's change of command July 9 at the La Bella Vista Club. Colonel Cutino, who is moving to Kadena Air Base, Japan to the 18th Dental Squadron, is being replaced by Col. Thomas J.
