Robert Raines, a civilian contractor, instructs Senior Airman Eric Semrow and Staff Sgt. Johnny King, both of the 31st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, on the new Sincgar System on Nov. 10, 2009, in Hangar 3 of Aviano Air Base, Italy.
