Thanksgiving Dinner at Aviano

Airman LaVel Sterling, 31st Fighter Wing photographer, is being served turkey by Brig. Gen. C.Q. Brown Jr., 31st FW commander, during the Thanksgiving dinner meal at the La Dolce Vita dining facility Nov.26, 2009 at Aviano Air Base, Italy. For the more than 700 Airmen who live in the nearby dormitories, the Thanksgiving meal brings back a lot of memories of Thanksgivings past spent with family and friends from home, playing games in the back yard, and watching their favorite TV programs together.
