Col. Charles Q. Brown Jr., 31st Fighter Wing commander, shares a story of where he was and what he was doing on the day when two commercial airplanes ran into the World Trade Center towers in New York during a remembrance ceremony at Aviano Air Base, Italy Sept. 11, 2009.
