Senior Airman Chad Hill, 31st Comptroller Squadron, briefs Right Start attendees on the services offered by the finance office. The 31st Comptroller Squadron is responsible to the 31st Fighter Wing commander for the management of all appropriated funds and oversight of nonappropriated funds.
