Grab-n-Go Flight Kitchen makes debut
Airman 1st Class Shaun Haynes of the 31st Force Support Squadron talks with Col. Michael Gantt, 31st Fighter Wing vice commander, during the grand opening of the La Dolce Vita Dining Facility's Grab-n-Go Flight Kitchen Dec. 15. The kitchen is geared toward serving those Airmen who don't have enough time to dine-in for a hot meal. The expanded service also allows maintainers and flight line personnel to stay in their flight line duty attire to pick-up their meals. The flight kitchen will offer grab-n-go meals from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and hot meals to go from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Customers can also call in or fax orders for five people or more in advance.
