Memorial honors UH-60 Helicopter crash victims
Lt. Col. Jim Browning, 31st Fighter Wing chaplain, speaks to family members and survivors of the UH-60 Helicopter crash that happened in Santa Lucia di Piave, Italy, one year ago at the crash site on Nov. 8.
