9/11 Memorial

Claudio Tessari, mayor of Spinea, Mrs. Megan Jones, a consul from the U.S. consulate agency in Venice, and Colonel David Slade, 31st Mission Support Group commander, unveil a new street sign in Spinea, Italy on Sept. 21, 2008. The street is named in honor of those who died during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The sign states " Via 11 settembre 2001 (per non dimenticare mai)" which means "So we will never forget."
