To fix this problem, open Microsoft Outlook and press the “Ctrl” and “6” keys. Navigate to the folder “Sync Issues” or “Sync Issues1,” then right click and select “Empty Folder.” Select “Yes” in the popup window asking if you are sure you want to delete the folder and everything in it. This should clear any sync issues with Microsoft Outlook and clear space in your e-mail box.
