606th ACS Airmen build book exchange library
Senior Airman Patrick Thomas, 606th Air Control Squadron, explains the work that went into creating the new book exchange library during a ribbon cutting ceremony at Aviano Air Base, Italy, June 2, 2020. In order to build the book exchange library, Airmen with the 606th ACS drafted a proposal and blueprints, created a budget, and presented their idea to the 606th ACS commander. The intent of the book exchange library is to act as a focal point to bring Airmen from various backgrounds together. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Valerie Halbert)
