U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Steven Prather, a 56th Rescue Squadron flight chief, performs a preflight check on an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter before going on a training exercise to Croatia at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Aug. 19, 2020. The 56th RQS offers long-range rescue, humanitarian assistance, non-combatant evacuation and disaster relief capabilities for USEUCOM, USAFRICOM and NATO in peacetime, contingency and wartime operations.
