The 31st Comptroller Squadron shield is displayed at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Aug. 25, 2020. The 31st CPTS is responsible for the management of all appropriated funds and oversight of nonappropriated funds. The 31st CPTS is also matrixed as the lead wing staff agency; handling administrative duties, long range planning, and oversight of 18 wing staff agencies.
