U.S., Slovenian Armed Forces partner in bilateral exercise

Bailey, 31st Fighter Wing commander, right, discusses the capabilities of the Theater Operationally Resilient Command and Control kit (TORCC) with U.S. Air Force Gen. Jeff L. Harrigian, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa commander, at Cerklje ob Krki Air Base, Slovenia, Sept. 9, 2021. The 606th Air Control Squadron utilizes the (TORCC) weapons system and relays IAMD and command and control to pilots participating in Agile Wyvern, including directions for missions and threat awareness.
