31 LRS loads Romanian air force C-130 for operation Castle Forge

Romanian air force airmen and U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 31st Logistics Readiness Squadron load a cart onto a Romanian air force C-130 at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Oct. 29, 2021. The C-130 was loaded with critical cargo for U.S. Air Force F-16C Fighting Falcons assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing participating in an exercise as part of operation Castle Forge at Campia Turzii, Romania. Operation Castle Forge is U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa’s premiere theater-wide Agile Combat Employment exercise, focused on shifting forces and the way they operate in a dynamic theater.
