Vicini Americani program volunteers, service members, American and Italian civilian’s network near Aviano Air Base, 2022. VA, a purely volunteer-based organization at Aviano AB, established in 2019, is made up of Americans and Italians including service members and civilians who partner together to strengthen connections between Americans and their local Italian communities through volunteer opportunities and social events in local municipalities and organizations for community outreach opportunities.
