U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert Miller, Surgeon General of the Air Force, and Chief Master Sgt. Dawn Kolczynski, Medical Enlisted Force and Enlisted Corps Chief, coin U.S. Air Force Maj. Aaron Mangubat, 31st Medical Group commander of education and training, during his visit at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Nov. 9, 2022. Mangubat instilled the importance of skills for ACE/Multi-Capable Airman and Team of Teams concepts which is vital to successful performance in the future. He did this by invigorating medical readiness training where he orchestrated realistic hands on, joint and multi-agency exercises as well as training for the Wing.
