AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Nine state representatives visited Aviano Air Base, Italy, April 7-8, 2017, to learn about the 31st Fighter Wing mission and daily operations. During their visit, the group met with base leaders, explored an F-16 Fighting Falcon, visited the 31st Operations Support Squadron Air Traffic Control tower, and engaged with residents from their respective states.
