Press Release: School Bus Accident Published May 2, 2017 By 31st Fighter Wing Public Affairs AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Aviano Elementary School Bus 27 was involved in a minor traffic accident on AP Highway at approximately 8 a.m. today. U.S. Air Force and Italian fire and medical teams responded to the accident and three students were treated on scene for minor scrapes and bruises.
