How long have you worked for the military?
I have been working for the United States Air Force for approximately one year.

How do you support the 31st FW mission?
I support the mission by following the core values in every aspect of being an Airman. As a Dental Assistant, my job is to ensure my wingmen are fit to fight by delivering top-notch oral care. I work hard, fast, and efficiently when performing my duties. I seize every opportunity to give back to my Squadron, Group, Wing, and the community we reside in by volunteering myself for services, both as a leader and as a helping hand.

What's one thing you've learned about Italy's history, people and culture?
I have learned that Italy is not the same as Greece. I now know how authentic Italian pizza and pasta is prepared and served. I attended Carnivale which was very energetic and quite a spectacle. Also, I have learned about the relaxation aspect of being Italian.

What's one advantage of being stationed overseas?
One advantage of being stationed overseas is the mass production of opportunity to see parts of history and of the world we, as Americans, only see on television and Hollywood films.

What's your favorite European destination and why?
I have not had the desired opportunities to travel to the many places I had planned to visit, but as of now I would have to answer with anywhere along, on top, and in the mountain range. Europe is a beautiful, adventurous country and growing up in Kansas makes this an unfamiliar, but amazing place to be.
