AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy --  The 31st Fighter Wing named its top performers for 2010 during an awards banquet at La Bella Vista Club here Feb. 25.

Out of 51 nominees from across the wing and its tenant and geographically separated units, the awards recipients are:

Airman of the Year - Airman 1st Class Cassidy Roy, 31st Operations Group

NCO of the Year - Tech. Sgt. Samantha Whitfield, 31st Munitions Squadron

Senior NCO of the Year - Master Sgt. Mark Duarte, 31st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
