How do you support the 31st Fighter Wing mission? I ease the difficulties of civilian and military Travel, be it temporary duty or permanent change of station. I also share the responsibility of customer service with the rest of my squadron, responding to any customer inquiry for the entire base and all satellite bases.

What's one thing you've learned about Italy's history, people and culture? I've learned that they eat well, but have yet to learn how they stay slender.

What's one advantage of being stationed overseas? Being overseas is a great way to build strong friendships. My fellow dorm rats are family. We've been through the best and worst together. I believe every Service member is missing out if they've never resided in the dormitories overseas.

What's your favorite European destination and why? London is my favorite place in the world, next to home. It has a certain romance about it that's so captivating to me.

As a travel and customer service technician, he strives daily to improve the finance processes, by always volunteering to take on new challenges. He is very involved in all 31st CPTS Squadron events and local theater. His jovialness and positive energy is a key ingredient to the success of the 31st CPTS, he is constantly recognized for his exceptional customer service skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help the customer.
