Aviano officers selected for promotion
AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Air Force officials announced the promotion selection of 20 officers assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing today for the 2009C Line of the Air Force, LAF-Judge Advocate, and Chaplain central selection boards.
The Aviano lieutenant colonel selected for promotion to colonel is R. Michael Welsh, 31st FW.
