Airmen partake in Second Annual Airmen's Bash

AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy --  More than 100 Airmen grades E-1 to E-4 and their families attended the Second Annual Airmen's Bash Sept. 12, 2009 at the 'I Visinai Sports Complex' in Aviano. 

The free event, which included a variety of tournaments, live music, food and prizes, was a way for Aviano NCOs and officers to show base Airmen their appreciation for the hard work they put forth. 

Highlights of this year's event included an Eagles vs. Chiefs volleyball tournament and two live band performances. First Sergeants also assisted by grilling hamburgers and hotdogs during the event. 

Prize giveaways included an Xbox 360, Play Station 3, Blu-ray DVD player, Apple I-Pods and more. The event was made possible through sponsorship from a variety of base organizations and volunteers.
