I support the 31st Fighter Wing by helping civil engineer personnel with their administrative needs and morale. What's one thing you've learned about America's history, people and culture? I learned about American history and American culture and way of life during my school years. Considering America a land of opportunity, I looked at America as an example. Here, at work, I learned about the American people and the ultimate lesson learned is that people are people wherever we go and whoever we are. What's one advantage of working with Americans? It is great opportunity to keep up and further my English. What's your favorite European destination and why? It's a tough decision because I like so many places in Europe; however, Maniago, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Umbria-Central Italy are my favorite destinations because Maniago is home and Umbria is a peaceful place. Affectionately known by many as "Miss Mary", she's the first CE person newcomers see when in-processing and the last one seen prior to PCS. After nearly 25 years of service, Mary is our continuity, our organizer, our orderly room guru, and our biggest cheerleader. Miss Mary is an icon, respected by all and loved throughout the squadron by the thousands of CE Airmen who passed through these doors throughout the years.
