Seven Aviano officers selected for promotion

AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Seven Aviano officers received good news June 23 as they were selected for promotion to the next higher grade as part of the CY09A Line of the Air Force and Biomedical Service Corps/Nurse Corps selection board.

The selectees are:

To colonel (LAF):
Peter Davey, 31st Operations Group
Lance Landrum, 510th Fighter Squadron

To lieutenant colonel (BSC/NC):
Cherie Mauntel, 31st Medical Support Squadron
William Reynolds, 31st Medical Operations Squadron

To major (BSC/NC):
Hector Aponte, 31st Surgical Operations Squadron
James Montgomery, 31st Medical Operations Squadron
Toni Olivieri, 31st Surgical Operations Squadron
