AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- The 31st Fighter Wing Inspector General gauges wing efficiency across its operational and support activities. From complaint resolutions to base-wide evacuation exercise evaluations, the IG team employs pilots, munitions experts, safety personnel and a variety of other professionals to facilitate unit inspections. The 9-person shop works with Wing Inspection Team members from every unit at Aviano Air Base, Italy, to showcase excellence and identify deficiencies.
