AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- The Aviano American Red Cross hosted their second annual Red Cross Carnival in recognition of American Red Cross Month, March 19, 2016, at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The carnival featured fire safety, disaster planning, and other emergency preparedness booths. The event also hosted games, a photo booth, and races for children and adults.
