AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Colonel Bryan Wolford, 31st Fighter Wing vice commander, signed the official Military Saves Week proclamation, Feb. 23, 2016, at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Military Saves Week, which runs until Feb. 26, encourages the Team Aviano community to reduce personal debt and build wealth. The Airman and Family Readiness Center and local bank representatives were present at the proclamation signing to support the campaign.
