AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy --  Fifteen Aviano men and women were recognized as the top base performers during the 31st Fighter Wing Annual Awards Ceremony at the La Bella Vista Club on Jan. 29, 2016.

The annual award winners are:

Airman of the Year:
Senior Airman Justin Youngblood, 31st Security Forces Squadron

NCO of the Year:
Tech. Sgt. Ashley Strong, 31st Dental Squadron

Senior NCO of the Year:
Senior Master Sgt. Kevin Bradt, 31st Logistics Readiness Squadron

Company Grade Officer of the Year:
Capt. Andrew Radloff, 31st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

Field Grade Officer of the Year:
Maj. Erik Schmid, 31st Munitions Squadron

Civilian Category I of the Year:

Civilian Category II of the Year:
