AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Although a new squadron activation and a process improvement review may seem unrelated, the 31st Force Support Squadron manpower office toils behind the scenes to support both and more. Manpower Airmen work to perfect a blend of effective and efficient use of Air Force resources without simultaneously impeding the mission.
