AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- The Aviano Air Base Commissary provides many healthy food and produce options to its patrons. The Defense Commissary Agency chooses which items are supplied to each military installation and have recently increased the number of organic options in their stores due to demand. Here, organic produce items are received from local suppliers to ensure high quality and freshness.
