For many, pounding the pavement conjures up images of sweaty, July mornings trudging along the track or, even worse, up the trail to the chrome dome. However, as a critical part of physical readiness, running constitutes an important activity for everyone, so why not find some passion in it? From trail trekking to classes and courses, Airmen have tools and opportunities at their disposal to lace up and get fit.
