Whether through trails, roads or stationary, many Airmen pedal their way to a fit future. Many clubs exist for new and seasoned cyclists as well as the Dragon Fitness Center offers spin classes to fit nearly any schedule. With obesity rates on the rise among Airmen, cycling offers an opportunity for members to enhance their performance, stay energized and get the mission done.
