AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Airmen with the 31st Logistics Readiness Squadron individual protective equipment shop maintain equipment designed to protect the U.S. Air Force's greatest asset - Airmen. In addition to issuing equipment to new Wyverns, the IPE shop inspects body armor, safety goggles, chemical gear and other government-owned protective gear.
