AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Whether fixing streetlights or maintaining fuse boxes, the 31st Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems section maintains the power flow at Aviano Air Base, Italy. These technicians also provide critical grounding support to prevent lightning strikes from blacking out the installation.
