AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Airmen from the 31st Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal flight completed hands-on proficiency training, April 21, 2016, at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Airmen from the 39th CES EOD from Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, joined the Aviano EOD team to practice disarming explosive devices used in real-world scenarios. The training included 10 different scenarios involving the use of water disruption charges and Composition C-4 plastic explosives in a secured area.
