AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy -- Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Mark Ediger, Air Force Surgeon General, recently visited Aviano Air Base, Italy, to better understand the 31st Medical Group’s mission. Ediger was able to get a first-hand look at 31st MDG operations and meet with Italian flight surgeons and other group personnel.
