Horatio Alger Scholarship The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans provides scholarship awards of over $20,000 to high school seniors who are U.S. citizens attending or planning to attend a U.S. college. The religious professional scholarship program is designed to help fill manning shortfalls within the chaplaincy for underrepresented faiths within the Air Force.
